Celebrating over 59 years of Service to Delano High School Graduates

 An investment in people" is the guiding idea of the Frank A. Andreas Scholarship Foundation, which was established on December 21, 1964. The perpetual scholarship is a living legacy to promote character and leadership in future generations in memory of Frank A. Andreas (1939-1964) whose own leadership inspired many people.
